The studio apartments were available for lease at 4 million Naira, having a rental value estimated at N500,000 – N700,000 per annum, while the one bedroom apartments were available for lease at 8 million Naira, with a rental value estimated at 800,000 Naira – 1.2 million Naira per annum. Even with this current estimation, the rental values of these apartments are likely to increase as the years go by. All these apartments, including the Oxford and Cambridge apartments were all successfully sold out.
